i've made it a tradition of baking for the staff at the daycare on their birthday (side-note; as of today i am officially the director, yikes!). megan said she only wanted a pineapple, but i couldn't resist the great excuse to bake, so i made pineapple upside-down mini cupcakes. they turned out very tasty.
i'm becoming more of a fan of the mini cupcakes lately.
